On your blogger account, create a simple blog and write something that other people might be interested in. No need to be techie. Just keep your free blog simple and genuine. Do not just copy/paste from other blogs because if you do, nothing good will happen. Try to create your own unique content.

After you're done with creating your simple blog on blogger, create a ptp (paid to promote) page on simplyptp.com. This is what a SimplyPTP paid to promote page looks like:

Be sure to check it out first so you'll know how to maximize your earnings by knowing which country has the highest CPM value (cost per 1000 visits). The higher the CPM value, the higher your earning will be.
